Youth Leadership Position PatchesInterested in helping our Troop as a youth leader? Troop 282 is run by the Boy Scouts in our Troop, not the adults. With BSA training and guidance from adult leaders in our Troop, Scouts build our Patrols, plan our meetings and outings, teach each other skills, and have a great time doing it. Meeting Schedules

PLC Planner ExampleScouts in leadership positions meet monthly for a Patrol Leaders’ Council meeting, where they plan out what will be happening at our Troop meetings and outings for the next month, as well as assign tasks to various Patrols. We keep track of everything on our "PLC Planner" which we store in our leadership binders, post on the wall in our meeting room, and store here on our website. (more…)
